We train just one body at a time - yours - in the studio or virtually, wherever you happen to be. Whether you love to swim, bike, hike, run, golf or swing a racquet hard and fast, ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, Registered Yoga Teacher and USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach Rod Murray will craft and lead you through a challenging Body4Life Training program to leverage your strengths and recover from weaknesses which may have developed from months or years of repetitive activity.
We start with Core Concentration, "training what you can't see" from head to heels, wrapping your trunk with strong stabilizers so you can move the way you need to succeed. If you happen to wind up with a six-pack in front, we won't apologize.
From that solid foundation, we build your 'go' system prime movers based on your chosen sports or activities. We use Yoga and/or weights in a specifically-designed and controlled program to bring you to the next level. Our goals may be to balance your body, help you recover from injury, or give you that extra boost of power and speed. Your sports-specific program will be based on your Functional Fitness Assessment and personal goals, unique to your body, for life!
