We train just one body at a time - yours - in the studio or virtually, wherever you happen to be. You will be working out in ways that give you increased strength, balance, coordination, and motivation. At Body4Life you get the one-on-one attention you need to achieve your personal goals. We skip the complicated equipment in favor of progressively challenging bodyweight routines and Yoga which you can practice on your own to accelerate your results. Optional weekly group classes provide camaraderie, support and a little friendly competition. |
