 I train just one body at a time - yours - in the studio or virtually, wherever you happen to be. Everyone's needs are different. Your Personal Training Program at Body4Life is based on your functional Movement Assessment, goals and activities of daily life.  
As an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, Level 2 USA Weightlifting coach and 500-hour RYT, I ask the right questions and really listen. Then I create and guide you through your own progressive program to develop your best body, for life.  My goal is for you to feel accomplished, not exhausted!  You will learn to move better, feel stronger and (side benefit) look absolutely amazing.
