Going virtual for this 25th season, Rod Murray's Ride Inside program builds your bicycling fitness through the winter with real-life coaching and YOLA (Yoga for Linear Athletes).
Whether you're an experienced cyclist or a newbie, winter is a great time to build strength and skills on your own bike - inside. Sweating with friends (this year, on Zoom) is a lot more fun, and far safer, than venturing onto frozen roads. All you need is a stationary trainer for the rear wheel of your bike and you can ward off the winter blues. For 1:1 training, yoga and coaching, Rod Murray's Body4LifeTraining is at 4 Wilmot Street facing the Farmers Market Parking Lot.
- Your own bike & trainer, in your home for a 1 hour coached ride
- One half hour YOLA (Yoga for Linear Athletes) follows immediately after
- Saturday mornings, 8-9:30
- Zoom room open at 7:45 for setup; coached ride starts at 8 a.m.
- Drop in, and series program rates includes Ride Inside +YOLA class, PLUS midweek workout sent to your included Training Peaks calendar
- This series is designed to build your stamina and then boost your power so that winter doesn't go to your waist.
