ROD MURRAY, ACSM, CIFT
Rod Murray established Body4Life Training in 2012, building upon his thirty years as a Personal Trainer and Coach in the metro area. Rod is the co-author of Dynamic Flexibility: A Guidebook to Foundational Fitness.
Among his credentials Rod is an ACSM American College of Sports Medicine Certified Exercise Physiologist and Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer, a specialty certification to empower those who are challenged by physical, sensory, or cognitive disabilities. CIFT-credentialed individuals give clients the knowledge and support to lead a healthy and comfortable life style.
Rod is also a USA Cycling coach, past coach at the USA Olympic Training Center Colorado Springs, with the US Paralympian cycling team, and past coach of the Princeton University Cycling Team.
Most of all, Rod enjoys inspiring and guiding people of all ages and abilities find their way to physical health and “functional well-being" in whatever way works best for them.
