  • Body4Life is not a gym, it is a unique movement-based studio designed to help you get more enjoyment out of your life. You will be working out in ways that give you increased strength, balance, coordination, and motivation.
  • At Body4Life you get the one-on-one attention, alone. Only one client at a time sessions to help you to achieve your personal goals in our small sun filled studio space. We skip the complicated equipment in favor of progressively challenging bodyweight routines which you can practice on your own to accelerate your results.
  • Optional weekly group classes provide camaraderie, support and a little friendly competition. ​
  • Rod Murray's Dynamic FlexibilityTM personal training and group classes teach you to move with grace and power while avoiding injury. We also receive referrals from orthopedists and physical therapists who know that our approach works for post rehab, and beyond.
